YGM High Pressure Mill
Summary:
YGM high pressure micro powder mill is called micro pulverizer or ultrafine pulverizer. High pressure micro powder mill is mainly used for ultrafine powder processing of more than 500 kinds of materials, such as feldspar, talc, barite, marble, limestone, carbon black and clay, with fineness between 80 mesh (0.19 mm) and 425 mesh (0.033 mm), and the finest powder is 500 mesh (0.025 mm).

High-pressure springs increase rolling force
Compared with other grinding mills, YGM high pressure ultrafine pulverizer increases the material crushing force by 800-1200 kg under the action of high pressure spring;
Wide feed size range and high finished product fineness
It can process large-sized materials, and the average fine powder particle size can reach 6.5 microns (um);
Low energy consumption
Under the conditions of the same output and fineness, the energy consumption is 1/3 of that of the jet mill;
Gasket protection measures
Protect the host, facilitate replacement and reduce maintenance costs.
